What an exciting time this is! We thank you all for accepting to take part in our Career Expo. To ensure the event runs smoothly, we would like to address a few details.

Check-In

You are welcome to arrive and begin setup from 7AM. Upon arrival, AIC staff will direct you to your station/location. You may contact Br. Taher on 0420 850 449 for further queries.

Please ensure that you are at your station, set up and ready to go by 10:45am. 

Check-Out

You may begin packing up at 2pm.

Parking

If you are setting up a stall under a marquee, you may park close to your dedicated stall location (Area A). For all other professionals, you may park in any of the parking bays outside of Area A (Please refer to the map below)

Dress Code

Please dress modestly.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

AIC will be providing you with tables & chairs and power access (if required for laptops/screens etc)

To attract people to your stand, you may bring the following if you wish:

  • Pull-up banners
  • Mini gift bags/information packs
  • Freebies to give away such as pens, notepads, snacks & candy (Please ensure snacks/candy is Halal)
  • Work related items such as devices, equipment, tools etc.
  • Anything you think would make the event more fun & informative!

DO NOT BRING

  • Jewellery or valuables
  • Dangerous Items
